IDENTIFICATION: #52 red triangular sign on south shore.
Bay is double marked with two adjacent signs facing different directions.

HARBOUR FACILITIES: None.

AREA AMENITIES: None.

ACCESS BY ROAD: From Herbert go 19.2 km (12 mi) to just south of Gouldtown, then 1.6 km (1 mi) east, then 6.4 km (4 mi) north, then 1.6 km (1 mi) east, and 11.2 km (7 mi) north. Last portion is a trail.

NOTES: Named for some of the blue bottom paint that used to be on John and
Evadne's boat. Don't shortcut the corner on the right when entering the bay. Bay can be located by the road running down the hillside. It is the only visible road for miles. Excellent hiking and fossil hunting when the lake is low.

There is a lot of local power boat use, frequently with a water skier in tow
